The Mohr's have a family that is everything but traditional.   Cheryl is CEO and President of HLC, while Bob is Vice-President and the Accountant for HLC.  

Cheryl states,  "We have chosen a road less traveled by many and it is a harder life at times having your own business.  It takes a tremendous amount of discipline.  It is always important to find a balance.  We could work 24-7, but because of our faith in Jesus Christ,  He helps us find that balance."

It is also important to Bob and Cheryl that they attend church on a regular basis and their children attend youth group.  The foundation in their lives have allowed them to run a very successful business, but at the same time keep their priorities in line:  FAITH . FAMILY . FRIENDS . CAREER.
