GOING BACK BASKETBALL SKILLS AND DRILLS PROGRAM

HLC's Skills & Drills Program travels to all 50 states. This program Goes Back To The Basics
as we will help each athlete reach their next level of play by teaching them how to workout on their
own. We will have 3 different areas we will focus on. This will be Offensive Drills, Defensive Drills
and a Cross Training Program .
This is also an opportunity for area coaches to be under the instruction of Cheryl Mohr and learn the
finer points of the game of basketball. Coaches will assist Cheryl during the camp and learn right
along with the participants.
- Offensive Drills- Focus on inside game, outside game and in-between game
- Defensive Drills- Phase I, Phase II, Phase III
- Cross Training- Ladder, Jumprope, Dot Drill, Quickness/ Agility, Plyometrics, Obstacle Course, Z-ball

| COST: | 2 Options: 2 3 hour workout sessions per day/ 3 - 5 grade and 6 - 8 grade 1. $1200 per day: includes DVD Driveway Drill Workout Packet for each participant 2. $1500 per day: includes DVD Driveway Drill Workout Packet for each participant/ HLC will bring coaches (6 - 8 players per coach)

| BREAKDOWN: | 6 baskets in a gym/ 8 players at each basket/ 48 players per session/ 96 participants per day. Option #1: $1200/ 96 = $12.50 per participant/ per day
