TRANSPORTATION OF ATHLETES
Higher Level Camps, Inc cannot provide transportation for any of the athletes participating on the Higher Level Camps traveling teams. Parents are solely responsible for arranging for transportation for their children to and from all tournaments and practices. Higher Level Camps, Inc. staff is not allowed to provide transportation or make arrangements for transportation.
LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE
Higher Level Camps, Inc. strongly suggests that parents make arrangements to have their children transported to and from games and tournaments with a responsible adult who has adequate liability insurance coverage.
PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that I am solely responsible for making arrangements for transportation of my child to and from all Higher Level Camps, Inc. games and/or tournaments and in consideration of my child’s participation on a Higher Level Camps, Inc team, release Higher Level Camps, Inc., its staff, employees and agents from all claims and causes of action that I now have or hereafter may have on the account of damages resulting from any accident which may occur while my child travels to or from any Higher Level Camps, Inc. game and/or tournament.
I. INJURY
I also understand that if my son/daughter is injured after signing up for the AAU Season, I will be required to pay for the program. If HLC finds someone to take my son’s or daughter’s place for the season because my son or daughter cannot return to play due to an injury, I will pay on a pro-rate basis. Higher Level Camps reserves the right to require written documentation of the injury and inability to participate from the athletes treating physician.
II. INJURED AND RETURN TO PLAY
I further understand if my son or daughter is injured during the AAU season and misses a few tournaments and comes back to play, I will be required to pay in full.
III. PRACTICE/GAME ATTENDANCE/BEHAVIOR
Finally, I understand the guidelines set forth for attending practices/games and my child’s behavior. If my child does not attend practices, tournaments, or does not reflect HLC’s image in a positive way, his/her playing time will be adjusted accordingly.
